Anachem does offer limited courier service for customers performing solution analysis testing. If you are interested in getting more nformation on this service, please email office@anachemlabs.com

Depending on the type of testing you would like typical quote requests take between 3-5 business days.

Purchase orders are not required, but paperwork detailing the testing required on each sample sent in is needed. If your company requires our invoices to have a PO number then you must provide for billing.

Each time samples are sent to Anachem, paperwork must be provided that lists the following: number of samples sent, description of each sample (including tank ID, alloy), specific test to be performed on each sample (listing spec with revision if applicable), any expedite requested.

Paperwork must be provided with the samples each time they are sent in for testing.

Turnaround time depends on the type of test being performed but in general TAT for testing of coatings is 2 weeks, solution analysis is 3 business days.

Yes if you provide us a copy of your permit we can set up monitoring according to your schedule and take composite and grab samples onsite from your clarifier.

Stormwater samples need to be refrigerated immediately after collection and while in transit to our lab. Samples should be sent to our lab within 1 day of collection.

Yes, Anachem can provide you with Stormwater kits that are specific to your testing requirements. You will need to provide us a list of your testing so the bottles are prepared correclty. We offer Regular Kits (to be dropped off in person) as well as Cooler Kits if shipping of your samples to Anachem is required. Each time an order is placed please specify the type of kit you would like to purchase.

Stormwater kits are packed according to your specific permit requirements. Orders for kits need to be sent via email and typically process within 3-5 business days. During a large storm event orders are subject to longer turnaround times so we suggest you purchase a kit prior to a forecasted rain event.

Kits are specific to your location’s requirements. These requirements can be changed by the city/county so your kit may no longer be valid. It is best to provide Anachem with your current permit so that an accurate kit can be put together.

Please note during a major city-wide storm event reports average 3-4 weeks.

Normal turnaround time is 3 business days. Expedite options are available (see pricing below). Please note expedite requests are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Anachem does not provide time of day for results.

For most samples Anachem requires 30ml. Samples should be packed in tightly sealed bottles.
